Bob Harbuck has over 20 years experience in the wastewater industry. He
became a Registered Professional Sanitarian in 1987 and holds a current Site
Evaluators License. Bob has been married to his wife, Mary Ann for 34 years and has 8 children
and 4 grandchildren. He has administered on-site county wastewater programs in Angelina,
Nacogdoches, and Trinity Counties. He served on the City of Lufkin Plumbing Advisory Board from 1991 to
1995. In addition, he was appointed by the Texas Commission on Environmental
Quality as a member of the ad-hoc committee to rewrite the onsite rules in
1990. His spare time is taken up in service projects such as coaching soccer,
volunteering as a mentor in the local prison, and serving as a volunteer
hospital chaplain. He enjoys sailing, reading, and family activities.
